Current Opportunities

Technical Sales Person

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and growing the market for assigned products by:

  •  Developing and implementing an agreed upon sales plan
  • Following up on assigned leads to create sales opportunities including
    • o    Needs Analysis by understanding the customer requirement
      o    Identifying the key people involved in the buying decision
      o    Understanding competitive factors involved with the sale
      o    Presenting a solution that meets the customer requirements
  • Maintaining contact with key accounts, to help position future sales
  • Following up with customers currently using our technology
  • Where appropriate, assist in the installation and support of products in both pre-sales and post-sales scenarios

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Gain an understanding of the products we sell, and the underlying technologies
  • Fully document correspondence, communication, and other sales-related activities in the provided customer relationship management program
  • Provide weekly updates for new and ongoing sales leads.

Marketing Coordinator

Telnet Networks has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator to maintain and increase our brand awareness in the areas that we promote through our website, social media, reach-out campaigns and contact with our customers.    

Sales Support 

Prepare all sales quotes accurately with a consistent look and feel
Follow on MERX to view contracts that may be a good suite for Telnet Networks
Perform updates to the Contact Management System – SalesForce CRM experience an asset. 
1. Ensure Forecast is updated Weekly
2. Input and editing of Customer Asset records
3. Maintenance Renewal records are complete
Work with the Sales Team to ensure all records are up to date

Marketing Support

Update Web Site Content –  Experience with Joomla content management system an asset
Prepare customer digital contact
Maintain online campaign, to promote lead generation
Update Social Media content – LinkedIn, Wordpress, integrated with our web site

Customer Delivery 

  • Preparation and shipping of product.
  • Track packages and follow-up with customer to ensure satisfaction of goods received.
  • Insure invoicing is completed and communicated to the customer
  • Follow on invoices to the customer to ensure they are paid on time
